Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Creator PAT, a service operated by Lomexus Limited (“Lomexus”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accepting an invitation, creating an account or using Creator PAT, you agree to these terms.

About us

Private beta

Creator PAT is currently a private beta service. Beta functionality may be incomplete, change without notice, contain defects or occasionally be unavailable. You should check important publishing results on the destination platform and keep your own copy of original content. Please report problems through Creator PAT Help & Support.

The service

Creator PAT helps creators prepare, manage and publish their own content to supported third-party platforms. We may add, change, suspend or remove features as the service develops. Third-party platforms are independent services; their availability, APIs, moderation decisions, limits and rules are outside our control.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your Creator PAT account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring anyone using it on your behalf is authorised. Tell us promptly if you believe Creator PAT or a connected account has been compromised.

Connected platforms

You may connect only social-media accounts, Pages or channels you are authorised to manage. You authorise Creator PAT to use the permissions you grant only to provide the connected features and publishing actions you request. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other connected services remains subject to their own terms, policies and restrictions.

YouTube

Creator PAT uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube or using Creator PAT’s YouTube publishing features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google describes its processing in the Google Privacy Policy. You can disconnect YouTube in Creator PAT or revoke Creator PAT through your Google account permissions.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Lomexus a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate Creator PAT and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and publish the content and that it complies with applicable law and the destination platform’s rules.

Publishing responsibility

Before publishing, you are responsible for checking the selected destinations, account, caption, title, hashtags, visibility and other platform settings. Creator PAT records delivery status where available, but a successful API response does not override a destination platform’s own moderation, processing or later removal of content.

Acceptable use

You must not use Creator PAT unlawfully; infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; upload malicious material; attempt to bypass security or access controls; probe or disrupt the service; access another user’s information; automate abusive traffic; or publish to an account you are not authorised to manage.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, particularly during beta. We do not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, process, display or retain every publication. We may make changes needed for security, platform/API changes, legal compliance or product development.

Charges

The current private beta may be provided without charge. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, included usage and any additional commercial terms will be shown before you purchase. We will not begin charging you merely because you participated in the private beta.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by a connected platform, events outside our reasonable control, content or settings you provide, or your failure to follow these terms or a platform’s requirements. Because Creator PAT is in private beta, you should not rely on it as the sole copy or archive of important content.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using Creator PAT and disconnect supported social accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate suspected misuse, or address a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections you may have under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Creator PAT develops. We will publish the current version here. If a change materially affects existing users, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
