Data Deletion

Creator PAT is operated by Lomexus Limited. You can request deletion of personal data associated with your Creator PAT account or a connected social-media account.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@creatorpat.com from the email address associated with your Creator PAT account and use the subject Creator PAT data deletion request.

Please tell us which Creator PAT account and, where relevant, which connected platform or Page the request relates to. We may need to verify that you are the account holder before completing the request.

What we will delete

Following a verified request, we will delete or anonymise personal data that Creator PAT no longer needs to retain, including relevant account data and stored connection credentials. Where you request deletion of the Creator PAT account itself, content and service data associated solely with that account will also be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security records, or establish or defend legal claims. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for the required period.

Connected platforms

Deleting data from Creator PAT does not automatically delete content or information already held by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or another connected service. You should use that platform’s own account and deletion controls for data it controls.

Disconnecting Facebook

You can also remove Creator PAT’s access through your Facebook settings. Removing the connection stops Creator PAT using that authorisation for future Facebook publishing. If you also want data held by Creator PAT deleted, submit the request above.
